day of June; together with the further sum of thirty-four thou-
sand and sixty-nine dollars and thirty-six cents, to be placed to
the credit of the Free School Fund, in accordance with the
provisions of the Acts of the December Session of 1839, Chapter
33, and substituted for the interest on the surplus revenue as
provided in said act, and shall be apportioned and paid in the
manner now provided by law; provided, however, that this sum
shall also be paid out of the receipts from the public school
tax; also, such sum or sums as may be received to the credit of
the Free School Fund from the interest on stocks standing to
the credit of such fund, or from other sources; for donations to
Colleges, Academies and Schools, as set forth in Acts and Reso-
lutions of the General Assembly heretofore passed, forty-four
thousand five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary; provided, however, that none of the appropriations
to Colleges, Academies and Schools shall be paid to any of said
institutions, excepting to such as shall have made a full report
as required by section 17 of Article 77 of the Code of Public
General Laws; for the instruction of -the indigent blind, to be
applied under the direction of the Governor, in accordance with
the provisions of the Acts of 1868, Chapter 215, as amended by
the Acts of 1910, twenty-one thousand dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary.

Contingent Funds.

For the contingent fund placed at the disposal of the Gover-
nor by Article 3, section 32, of the Constitution, fifteen thou-
sand dollars, or so much 'thereof as may be necessary; for the
contingent fund of the State Treasurer, for advertising, sta-
tionery, blanks, books, expressage, telegrams, traveling and other
incidental expenses, five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary; for the contingent fund of the Comptroller's
office, for printing blank licenses, protests, circulars, warrants,
books, traveling and other office expenses, six thousand dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent
fund of the State Tax Commissioner's office, for printing blanks,
circulars, stationery, books and postage, twenty-five hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the con-
tingent fund of the Land Office, twenty-five hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund
of the Court of Appeals (including fourteen hundred dollars
for janitor's and secretary's services) twenty-four hundred
dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the con-
tingent fund of the Attorney General, for printing and travel-
ing expenses, clerical services, stationery, postage and other
