Criminal Court of Baltimore City, before which such case is
tried, shall be subject to all the penalties provided in section 24
of this article for taking oysters unlawfully within the provi-
sions of certain sections therein referred to.

SEC. 116. In addition to other penalties herein provided,
any person convicted of a violation of this act under either of
the six preceding sections (sections 112A to 115A, both inclu-
sive), shall be and is hereby denied the right to take out any
license to dredge, scrape or tong for oysters in any waters of
this State for the period of three years after said conviction.

SEC. 118. The revenues arising from the operation of this
act shall be applied in the following manner:

First: To the payment of all expenses and disbursements
authorized by this act.

Second: The balance to be paid at the end of each year into
the Treasury of the State, to be placed to the credit of, and
divided equally between, two special funds, the first to be known
as the "Special Road Fund," and the second to be known as a
"Fund for the Conservation of Natural Oyster Bars."

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following section be
and it is hereby added to Article 72 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Oysters," to follow section 112, and to be
designated as section 112A.

SEC. 112A. Any person who, being a lessee under the pro-
visions of this act, shall dredge or otherwise take oysters from
any of the natural beds or bars in the waters of this State, in
violation of any of the laws of this State, shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon indictment and conviction
in any Circuit Court for any county of this State, or in the
Criminal Court of Baltimore City, before which such case is
tried, shall be subject to all the penalties provided in section 24
of this article for taking oysters unlawfully within the provi-
sions of certain sections therein referred to. And the Board of
Public Works is hereby authorized to purchase and maintain
motor or other boats that may be required by the State Fishery
Force to enforce the provisions of this section, and to pay for
the same out of the revenues received under this act.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That the following section be and it
is hereby added to Article 72 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Oysters," to follow section 115 and to be desig-
nated as section 115A.

SEC. 115A. It shall be unlawful for any person other than
a lessee under this act, or for any lessee under this act, while
he shall be in default in payment of rent, to appropriate to him-
