(B) Class C Shares:—These shares are instalment shares,
which are to be paid for at one dollar per share per week. They
are subject to such regulations as to their sale, purchase, issu-
ance and conversion, together with the interest and profit they
bear, as shall be set out in the by-laws of the company. When
class "C" shares have been paid in to their par value of
$50.00 each, they may be converted into class "B" shares, as
provided by the by-laws of the company.
Nothing however herein contained in the authority to issue
class "B" and class "C" investments and savings shares, shall
be construed as increasing the capital stock of this company,
and said class B and C investment and savings shares shall
not, for any purposes, be considered or taken to be any part
of the capital stock of the company.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall not be in
derogation of the powers of said company under its certificate
of incorporation, but shall be supplemental thereto.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 506.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to defray the expense
incurred in the publication of the Governor's proclamation
setting forth the provisions of the proposed amendments to
the Constitution of the State which were authorized to be
submitted to the voters at the election of 1911, said publica-
ion being required by the Constitution of the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the comptroller of the treasury be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrant upon the treasurer
of Maryland for the following sums in payment of said publica-
tion, and the sum of nineteen thousand two hundred and ninety-
three dollars and ten cents ($19,293.10) is hereby appropriated
from any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for
the payment of said sums:
To the News, Cumberland, for $300.00; to the Times, Cum-
berland, for $300.00; to the Alleganian, Cumberland, for
$300.00; to the Advertiser - Republican, Annapolis, for
$300.00; to the Evening Capital, Annapolis, for $300.00; to
the Democrat and Journal, Towson, for $300.00; to the Argus,
