SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 1 of Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1908, entitled
"An Act for the further protection of pheasants, partridges or
quail, woodcock, wild turkey and rabbits in Garrett county,"
be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
as follows:
1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That no person, corporation or company shall at any time kill
or expose for sale, transport, have in possession, any pheasant,
partridge or quail, woodcock, wild turkey and rabbit, after the
same has been killed, for any purpose, except for consumption
or food, within the State of Maryland; nor kill, expose for sale
or have in possession any of the above-named game, with the
intention of sending or transporting or having the same sent
or transported beyond the limits of said State; provided, that
nothing herein shall prevent non-residents who have taken out
license to hunt in said county from taking with them out of said
county any of the above-named game which they may have
killed in said county.
2. And be it enacted, That any person who shall have any
of the aforementioned birds or game in their possession in
Garrett county except during the months in which the killing
or catching of the same is allowed by law, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor
more than twenty-five dollars for each bird or game animal that
they may have in their possession.

CHAPTER 481.
AN ACT to divide election district number eight of Garrett
county into two precincts.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That election district number eight of Garrett county be
and the same is hereby divided into two voting precincts, to
be known, respectively, as the "first" and "second" election
precincts of the eighth election district of said Garrett county.
The division line between the said precincts shall be as follows:
The first precinct shall be the territory within the following
outlines, to wit: All that part of said election district number
eight as now laid out and established, east of the summit of
Backbone Mountain, and east of the top of the mountain to
the line of election district number seven.
