634 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 455]

CHAPTER 453.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with the amendments section 61
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, title
"Circuit Court," sub-title "Clerk," as enacted by Chapter
45 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1902,
as codified by Chapter 495 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 61 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Bal-
timore county, 1908, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows: It shall
be lawful to close the clerk's office of said Court at the hour of
12 M. on Saturday of each week; provided, either judge of
the Circuit Court of said county may order and direct at any
time said office to be kept open, and the said clerk and such
deputies to remain for such a time as said judge may deem
necessary to the convenience of the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 8, 1912.

CHAPTER 454.

AN ACT to repeal sections 205 and 206 of Article 93 of the
Code of Public General Laws (as said sections stand in the
Code of 1904), title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Inven-
tory and List of Debts," so far as said sections apply to
Caroline county, and to re-enact said sections with amend-
ments and add a new section to be known as section 206A.

CHAPTER 455.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 289,
29Y, 299, 301 and 304 of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Rising sun."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 289, 290, 297, 299, 301 and 304 of Article
