personal property.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all acts of the legislature
relating to the killing, shipping, marketing and sale of the game
herein referred to and inconsistent herewith are repealed.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 398.

AN ACT to authorize the State Mutual Benefit Society, Incor-
porated, to amend its charter and change from a fraternal
to a capital stock plan.

CHAPTER 399.

AN ACT to refund to Daniel W. Reichard, formerly tax col-
lector of Washington county, Maryland, a sum of money
erroneously paid by him into the State Treasury.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer
of Maryland for the sum of twelve dollars and thirty-three
cents ($12.33), in favor of Daniel W. Reichard, of Washington
county, Maryland, in settlement of his claim for taxes errone-
ously paid by him into the Treasury of the 'State for the year
1909.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Chapter 578 of the Acts of 1904,
entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
section 22 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws,

the same with amendments.
