Bank, in the City of Baltimore" (the name of which bank was
by the supplementary act passed at January Session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-six, Chapter one hundred and twenty-eight,
changed to the Central Savings Bank of Baltimore), be and
the same is hereby repealed, and that the same be and is hereby
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the directors shall not as
such, directly or indirectly, receive any pay or emoluments for
their services; but nevertheless, a sum of money not in excess
of ten dollars may be provided by the by-laws to be paid, and
if so provided for may be paid, to every one, respectively, of
the directors, who shall in person attend any general or special
meeting of the board of directors at which a quorum shall be
present, or who shall attend any meeting of any committee
chosen by the said board; and the amount so to be paid may
be changed, by the by-laws from time to time; provided, how-
ever, the sum which a director may receive for attending any
meeting shall never exceed ten dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 341.
AN ACT to refund to Samuel C. Musgrove, late treasurer of
Howard county, certain moneys erroneously paid by him
into the State Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the State
Treasurer in favor of Samuel C. Musgrove, late treasurer of
Howard county, for the sum of ninety-two dollars and twenty-
eight cents ($92.28), being the amount overpaid by him into
the State Treasury on account of taxes levied for the year nine-
teen hundred and nine, the refunding thereof having received
the recommendation of the treasury officials.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
