plan, agreement or certificate of incorporation cannot be found,
then such record in said clerk's office may be made from the
aforesaid record book of such religious corporation unless said
record has heretofore already becn made in said clerk's office
from said record book of such religious corporation. If any
church or congregation, organized or incorporated as a relig-
ious corporation since the year eighteen hundred under any law
of this State, hath failed or omitted to file in the proper clerk's
office its agreement, plan or certificate of incorporation, within
the time prescribed by said law, and if such agreement, plan or
certificate of incorporation hath never been since filed for record
nor a record been made in said clerk's office of said agreement,
plan or certificate of incorporation, from said record book of
said corporation as aforesaid, such church or congregation shall
have all of the benefits of this section, if such agreement, plan
or certificate of incorporation shall be duly filed for record in
the proper clerk's office, within one year from April 11, 1912,
or a record be made within said time in said clerk's office of
said agreement, plan or certificate of incorporation from said
record book of said corporation, as aforesaid.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 219.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 35,
35A, 35s, 35c, 35c and 36 of Article 10, Public Local Laws,
title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Birds and Game," as
repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 402 of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1910.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That sections 35, 35A, 35s, 35c, 35s and 36 of Article
10, Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Birds and Game," as repealed, re-enacted and amended by
Chapter 402 of the Acts of the Assembly of Maryland passed
at the January Session, A. D. 1910, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read
as follows:
SEC. 35. No person shall shoot or in any manner catch or
kill, or have in his possession, any quail, partridge, rabbit,
woodcock or squirrel between the first day of January and the
tenth day of November next ensuing, or any' dove between
