tilizers; nor shall it be required to be registered with the State
Chemist as required in section 2, (a) any formula mixed after
the formula furnished by the consumer; provided in lieu of
such registration all such packages of fertilizer shall be plainly
marked or tagged with the words "mixed to order" and be
accompanied by a statement giving the guaranteed analysis and
in all other particulars conform to this act.
SEC. 12. It shall be the duty of all State's attorneys to
prosecute all persons accused of violating this act or any of the
provisions of this act.
SEC. 13. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 14. This act shall become effective on the first day of
February, 1913.

CHAPTER 213.
AN ACT to divide Election District No. 3, of Worcester county,
into two precincts.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Election District No. 3, of Worcester county, be and
the same is hereby divided into two voting precincts, to be
known, respectively, as the First and Second Election Precincts
of the Third Election District of said Worcester county. The
division line between the said precincts shall be as follows:
The First Precinct shall be the territory within the following
outlines, to wit: All that part of said Election District Num-
ber Three as now laid out and established west of the Syne-
puxent Bay. The Second Precinct shall be the territory of
said Election District Number Three as now laid out and estab-
lished on the easterly side of said Synepuxent Bay. The voting
or polling place for the said First Precinct shall be at Berlin,
the present polling place for said district, and the voting or
polling place for the said Second Precinct shall be at Ocean
City.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That for the purpose of correct-
ing the registers of voters of Election District No. 3, and
furnishing a register of voters for the new precinct, the Super-
visors of Elections of Worcester County are hereby directed to
furnish new public registers for the precinct formed by this
act, and to direct and require their clerk to make up from the
registration books of the Third Election District as said books
