CHAPTER 205.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the Comptroller of the State
Treasury and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
respectfully, to refund Hugh P. Byrnes and James P. Jones,
trading as Byrnes & Jones, money paid by them for liquor
license granted to them, which license was only used for
two months.

CHAPTER 206.
AN ACT to repeal section 34 and the provision requiring the
County Commissioners to advertise for bids in section 38
of Article 91 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Surveyor and State Surveyor," sub-title "Public
Roads," as the same was amended and re-enacted by Chapter
217 of the Acts of 1910, so far as the same apply to Fred-
erick county and no further, and add a new section to Article
91, providing under conditions named in the section the
State Roads Commission shall order the payment to the
County Commissioners of Frederick County of the amount
apportioned to the roads of the county by section 44 and
appropriated under section 48, and the purchase by said
commissioners of certain turnpike roads in said county with
said funds, to follow immediately after section 42, and to
be known as section 42A.

CHAPTER 207.
AN ACT to repeal section 167 of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations,"
sub-title "Insurance Department," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 167 of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
