CHAPTER 154.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 204
of Article 16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 204 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-title
"Rockville," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
SEC. 204. The Council shall have full power to regulate
privies and direct the character of boxes or other fixtures for
them, and the mode in which they shall be emptied and their
contents removed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 155.
AN ACT to grant and declare the sanction and consent of the
General Assembly of Maryland to the several bequests and
devises made by and contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Annie E. D. Trundle, late of Montgomery county,
deceased; with power to take and receive the property therein
mentioned, and to hold and to dispose of the same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the bequest and the contingent bequests and devises
made by and contained in the last will and testament of Annie
E. D. Trundle, late of Montgomery county, in the State of
Maryland, deceased, the said last will and testament bearing
date the second day of March, in the year nineteen hundred and
four, duly probated by the Orphans' Court of said Montgomery
County on the nineteenth day of April, in the year nineteen
hundred and ten, and now of record in Liber H. C. A. No.
8, folio 278, one of the Will Books of the office of the Register
of Wills for said county, as follows, to wit:
(a) To the bequest of thirty dollars per annum to the
minister or preacher in charge of the Gaithersburg Methodist
