CHAPTER 813.

AN ACT to incorporate the Farmers' Banking and Trust Com-
pany of Rising Sun, Cecil County, Maryland.

CHAPTER 814.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sections 2, 3,
4. 5 and 6 of Chapter 693 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1910, enti-
tled ''An Act to add a new article to the Code of Public Local
Laws," to be known as ''Moving Pictures Machine Opera-
tors,'' sub-title "Baltimore City," and to add new sections
thereto under the same title, to follow section 5 and to be
known as sections 5A and 5B, so as to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the term "Moving Picture Machine Operator," as
used in this act, shall be defined as and including any and all
persons engaged in the operation of moving picture machines.
A license of moving picture machine operator issued in accord-
ance with the provisions of this act shall entitle any such persop
so licensed to operate any moving picture machine.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Governor shall
biennially appoint in and for Baltimore City three persons:
one from the Board of Fire Underwriters' Association; one
licensed moving picture machine operator; one master electri-
cian, to represent the Building Inspector's Office of Baltimore
City; all of whom have had not less than three years' experience
at the business and who have resided in Baltimore City, State
of Maryland, for a period of not less than two years next prer
ceding their appointment, who shall be known as the Board of
Examining Moving Picture Machine Operators. The parties so
appointed shall make oath before a justice of the peace that they
will faithfully perform the duties of their office, and shall give
bond in the sum of five hundred dollars, to be approved by the
judge of the Superior Court of Baltimore City.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all persons who, at
the time of the enactment of this act, are engaged in the business
of a moving picture machine operator in the City of Baltimore,
as described in section 2 of this act, shall within sixty days after
the first day of May, 1910, comply with all the provisions of
this act, otherwise they shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
