1910, ch. 294, sec. 12.
341. That all other justices of the peace of said Montgomery
county shall continue to have, hold and perform all authorities,
powers, privileges and jurisdiction heretofore conferred by the
General Assembly of Maryland in all things that are not
specifically limited by this act, and that nothing contained
herein shall curtail or take away jurisdiction from any of said
other justice of the peace, any jurisdiction in any civil mat-
ters or in any criminal matters so far as relates to issuance of
warrants and summons for the apprehension of any person
accused of any offence under the laws of this state.
KENSINGTON.

342. The citizens of the town of Kensington, in Montgom-
ery county, are hereby created a body corporate, by the name
and style of the town of Kensington, with all the powers and
privileges of a body politic and corporate, and by said corporate
name may have perpetual succession, sue and be sued, plead
and be impleaded in any court of law or equity, and may have
and use a common seal.

343. The boundaries of said town shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the middle line of Perry ave-
nue and the boundary line between North Kensington and Gar-
rett Park, and running thence along the line between North
Kensington and Garrett Park to the line of Ken Gar; thence
along the boundary between Ken Gar and North Kensington;
thence along the boundary between Ken Gar and W. B. McKel-
din's subdivision to the northeasterly side of Bonnycastle ave-
nue, subdivision of Ken Gar; thence northwesterly with said
Bonneycastle avenue to a point in the prolongation of the
western boundary of the old Bladensburg road; thence to and
with said western boundary in a southerly direction to a point
in the prolongation of the boundary between the lands of T. S.
Gartrell and the subdivision of Kensington Park; thence to
and with said line to the line of Alfred Ray; thence along
the boundary between the lands of Alfred Ray and the sub-
division of Kensington Park to the southerly limit line of the
Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad;
thence without change of course to the northerly limit line of
said Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad;
thence with said northerly limit line to the boundary line
between the properties of Mary Mulfinger and August Burg-
dorf; thence along said boundary to the line of W. H. Manna-
kee; thence along the dividing line between the lands of said
