State Normal School, and said plans and specifications shall
include dormitories for students; after said plans and specifica-
tions shall have been duly accepted and approved the said "The
Maryland State Normal School Building Commission" shall
proceed forthwith to enter upon the erection construction and
equipment of said buildings the contract for which shall be
awarded to the lowest responsible bidder after proper adver-
tisement; the said, The Maryland State Normal School Build-
ing Commission reserving to themselves the right to reject any
and all bids.
SEC. 9. Be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the members of The Maryland State Normal
School Building Commission aforesaid shall receive no com-
pensation for their services as such, but all proper expenses of
the said commission or its members in carrying into effect the
provisions of this act, shall be payable out of the funds to be
provided in the loan herein authorized.
SEC. 10. Be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That "The Maryland State Normal School Building
Commission" aforesaid, be and the same is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to sell the property located at the cor-
ner of Lafayette and Carrollton avenues, in Baltimore City,
now used by the Maryland State Normal School, the cash pro-
ceeds from which shall be paid directly to "The Maryland State
Normal School Building Commission" aforesaid to be disbursed
by said commission for the purposes herein enumerated.
SEC. 11. Be it further enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That this act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

AN ACT to repeal section 761 of Article 4 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Police Commission," as repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments by Chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898, as repealed and
re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 669 of the Acts of
1910; and to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections
630 and 632 of Article 4 of the Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables," as repealed and re-enacted with
