CHAPTER 767.
AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Anne Arun-
del County to pay to the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel
County a sum of money for making up the proceedings of
the Orphans' Court and administration and docket in the
office of the Register of Wills of Anne Arundel County.
WHEREAS, The receipts in the office of the Register of Wills of
Anne Arundel County are inadequate to the proper expenses
and salaries attached thereto; and,
WHEREAS, It is desirous that the records of said office shall be
carefully kept and preserved; therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
be and they are hereby authorized to levy for and pay to the
Register of Wills of said county annually the sum of one hun-
dred and fifty dollars ($150), to pay for recording the proper
dockets of administration and providing of the Orphans' Court.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 768.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 283A
of Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title Queen Anne's County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," as the
same was enacted by Chapter 543 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1908.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 283A of Article 18 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-
title "Wild Fowl," as the same was enacted by Chapter 543 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1908, be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as
follows:
SEC. 283A. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to shoot at or shoot wild fowl of any kind whatsoever in or
over the waters of Queen Anne's county, except from the shore
or natural island, but not from any vessel, boat, float, canoe
or craft of any kind (except from licensed sink boxes now
