said Franklin Street Presbyterian Congregation in the City of
Baltimore, bearing date the seventh day of December, in the
year nineteen hundred and ten, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2625, folio
226, together with an irredeemable ground rent of three hun-
dred dollars ($300.00) per annum issuing thereout, from the
said J. Wilson Leakin to the said Franklin Street Presbyterian
Congregation in the City of Baltimore, and to the holding of
said lot by said corporation under said conveyance.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
fiom the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 52.
AN ACT to extend the harbor line in the harbor of Crisfield on
the north side of the Town of Crisfield into deeper water, so
as to admit the erection of houses and wharves along the
same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the harbor line of Crisfield, on the north side of the
Town of Crisfield, be extended as follows: Beginning at a point
on the north side of the county wharf at the foot of Broad street,
ten feet west of the present harbor line; thence north twenty-
eight degrees west, at an angle of ninety degrees with said
Broad street, four hundred and seventy-one feet; thence north
twenty-three degrees and thirty minutes, east two hundred and
thirty-four feet; thence north sixty-one degrees and thirty min-
utes east twenty feet; thence south seventy-nine degrees and fif-
teen minutes east one hundred feet to the present harbor line;
and thence north eight degrees and fifteen minutes east, by and
with the present harbor line, to the extent of said harbor, for
the purpose of obtaining deeper water so as to admit of the erec-
tion of houses and wharves along the same.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.
