(A) Accounts receivable from Corporations and Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable include $4,656,640.67 and $630,000.00 respec-
tively, due from the Perm Central Transportation Company and its affiliates which are involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
The ultimate collectibility of these amounts cannot be determined at this time. Consistent with State policy, these receivables
are fully reserved. On October 5, 1977, the Board of Public Works rejected a compromise offer of the greater of 50% of taxes
accrued since June 21,1970 or 44% of all taxes, without interest, and elected to proceed under the pending plans of reorganiza-
tion for Penn Central.
