on this statement because of Federal Funds participation in the program. These General funds are included in the Health
Department's budget and transferred to the Welfare Department by amendment then returned to the Health Department
by disbursement transmittal for amounts earned and by amendment for unexpended balance at end of year
The Federal funds are credited direct to General Fund Revenue by Journal Entry to the State Comptroller from the Welfare
