These figures include approximately $274,500,000.00 cash trans-
actions applicable to advances, budget credits, investment bond
sales and miscellaneous refunds which are not to be regarded as
operating receipts of the State Government.

Cash Disbursements from the State Treasury were as follows:

Special Fund 192,152,852.23

Federal Fund 40,359,891.34

Loan and Miscellaneous Funds 347,809,696.83

Total $835,689,692.11

These figures include approximately $283,600,000.00 cash trans-
actions applicable to advances, budget credits, investment bond
purchases and miscellaneous refunds which are not to be regarded
as operating disbursements of the State Government.
