plicable to advances, budget credits, investment bond sales and
miscellaneous refunds. These receipts are not to be regarded as
operating receipts of the State Government.

Cash disbursements from the State treasury were as follows:

Special Fund 174,030,584.98

Federal Fund 29,092,902.00

Loan and Miscellaneous Funds 211,502,523.79

Total $593,052,376.34

These figures include $142,959,014.64 cash transactions ap-
plicable to advances, budget credits, investment bond purchases
and miscellaneous refunds. These disbursements are not to be
regarded as operating disbursements of the State Government.
