Construction Loan of 1949 will be serviced with money to be
paid into the 'State Treasury by the political units of the State
receiving money out of the proceeds of the sate of those bonds.

I believe you will find interesting- the insert which follows
this letter. We call it the "Tax* Dollar." It shows the receipts
and disbursements of the State by sources of receipts and func-
tions of government- The amounts for each and the percentages
of the totals are shown.
