* The estimate for Income Tax on 1948 returns is based on contemplated continuation of the present rate of 2 per cent on ordinary income and in-
crease in the corporation rate from 1 1/2 per cent to 4 per cent. It is estimated that an increase in the rate on ordinary income from 2 per cent to 2^ per
cent on 1948 returns as provided by the present, law would add $2,594,625.00 to the above estimate for Income Tax, all of which would go to the
