I herewith submit the following report of the License Inspectors of the State of Maryland for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1948 and ending June 30, 1944.
The total result of the Inspectors of the State Licenses under the State of Maryland for the fiscal
year 1944 amounted to $38,067.60. Of this amount $17,950.70 was collected in the counties, which
included penalty of $4,711.44. In Baltimore City $15,106.90 was collected, which included penalty of
$2,886 65
The following is the list of the various kinds of licenses found to be necessary by the State License
Inspectors in the counties and Baltimore City, and which had not been secured:
