The Vending Machine License Law, enacted by the General Assembly of 1941, is not being en-
forced at this time because the question of the constitutionality of the law is now pending m the
Courts
The Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, Baltimore, and the Clerks of the Courts throughout
the State have given us splendid co-operation m administering the license laws, and in all matters
pertaining to licenses
Respectfully submitted,
FRANK P BRATTEN,
Chief Inspector State Licenses
