*The legislature of 1929 passed a law adding "...a penalty of 10% added to the
cost of the license for failure to renew same within the time prescribed by law."
During the years 1922, 1923, and 1924 there was only one License Inspector. In the
year 1924 three additional Inspectors were appointed to the State License Bureau
