Honorable Sir—1 herewith submit the following report of the
License Inspector of the State of Maryland for the fiscal year he
ginning October 1,1924,, and ending October 1, 1925.

The total result of the Inspecting of Licenses over the State,
(Delinquents and Inadequate), amounted to $105,735.77. Of this
amount f66,929,94 was collected in Baltimore City, and #38.805.83
was collected in the counties.

The market cases, -which are now pending in the Court of Appeals
for a final decision, have been decided in the Baltimore City Courts
in favor of the State of Maryland. The revenue from this source
will amount to approximately $90,000, or $30,000 per year, they
now being three years in arrears.

So far this work has been accomplished without having to resort
to any arrests, excepting; in the above mentioned market cases.
There is now approximately $3.000 due the State (on record at
Annapolis), which ivS collectable.
