The total disbursements during the fiscal year 1895 There remained in the Treasury at the close of the fiscal year ended September 3oth, 1895, the sum of $704,568.19. Statement "B" shows in detail the various purposes for which these disbursements were made and the Acts of Assembly authorizing the same. ESTIMATES. The probable receipts into the Treasury during the fiscal The estimated disbursements during the same period are FREE SCHOOL AND SINKING FUNDS. The condition of the Free School and Sinking Funds at The amount remaining to the credit of the Free School Fund at the close of the fiscal year 1894 was $5,843.50. The receipts during the last fiscal year on account of the same fund were $73,300.65, making an aggregate of $79,144.15. The disbursements from this fund for the same period amounted to $77,144.15, leaving a balance to the credit of said fund, as of the 30th of September, 1895, of $2,000.00.
