Note.—The above estimate is based upon the usual expenses under existing
Laws, and upon a liberal allowance when compared with actual expenses in the
last Fiscal Year. If the laws are changed so as to affect the disbursements, or
Special Appropriations are made for matters not included in the above, regard
must be had thereto. If a Constitutional Convention is ordered, it will probably
increase the above to the extent of $150,000.
