CHAPTER 78,

 

A supplement to an apt, entitled, an act to lay out and

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That Moses Rawlings, George Rizer, and

 

John J. Hoffman, be, and they are hereby appointed

 

commissioners, to execute the law to which this is a

 

supplement.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the commissioners
