INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT— Said companies shall

   

not reduce tolls so as to prevent Mary-

   

land from receiving 6 per cent upon her

pots for public accomodation, under pe-

   

nalty of suit for damages in the case,

credit, it shall be laid according to the

   

13 art. of declaration of rights, and the
