RESOLUTIONS.

 

No. 123.

Passed June 4,

Resolution authorising the Librarian to publish for

183G.

proposals for furnishing stationary.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Librarian be required to advertise for proposals

 

at least six weeks before each session, in the newspa-

 

pers in the city of Annapolis, and two newspapers in

 

the city of Baltimore, for the purpose of furnishing

 

stationary for the use of the Legislature.

Passed June 4

Resolution authorising the Armourer of Frederick, to

 

deliver certain arms, et cetera.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Armourer of Frederick, be, and he is hereby requir-

 

ed to deliver to captain Abdiel Unkefer, of Frederick

 

county, a number of rifles, not exceeding fifty, with

 

appropriate accoutrements, which the Armourer may

 

select, on his giving bond and such security for the

 

safe keeping and return of the same, as the Governor

 

and Council may require.
