No. 99.

Resolution to pay members of the Senate and House of Delegates, and their officers, their per diem since the closing of the journal of accounts.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, Thai the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to each member of the Senate and House of Delegates, and their officers who may be present, the per diem allowance to which they are respectively entitled since the closing of the journal of accounts up to Wednesday, the sixth instant inclusive.

Resolution in favour of George McCullough.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Lambert D. Nowland the balance due to George McCullough, on the journal of accounts of the present session.

Resolution for the publishing of the Public Laws in the newspapers in this State.

 

Resolved by the Gcneral Assembly of Maryland, That the Clerk of the Executive Council be requested to publish such laws of a public nature as they may deem necessary, in one newspaper in each county in which a newspaper is printed, and in two newspapers in the city of Baltimore, and the Governor is hereby authorised to draw on the Treasurer of the Western Shore for the amount necessary to pay the cost of such publication; Provided, that the name shall not exceed fifty dollars to each paper.
