170 An act to authorise the sale of the real estate de-,
vised by the late Dr. Clement Smith, of Prince George's
county, to Notly Young, in trust for the use and benefit of
Barbara Young and her infant children.

171 An act relative to landlords and tenants.
172 An act to incorporate a company in Funkstown, in
Washington county, under the name of the Funkstown Ju-
venile Librarian Society.

173 An act to repeal an act, passed at November session,
1809, chapter 109, as relates to the market house com-
missioners, and giving the same powers to the burgess and
commissioners of Williamsport in Washington county, un-
der the act of incorporation.

174 An act for the benefit of Enoch Due, John Due,
and Serena Due, formerly, now Serena Pritchard, by her
intermarriage with a certain Samuel Pritchard, natural chil-
dren of James Due, late of Caroline county, deceased.
