RESOLUTIONS.

 

ed, to pay to Sarah AuW, of Talbot county, widow of

 

Daniel Auld, a soldier of the revolution, or to her order,

 

such sum as may appear to be due her said husband, Dan-

 

iel Auld, at the time of his decease.

Resolution in favour of Thomas Burchenal and Matthew

 

Hardcastle,

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

register of the land office for the western shore, be, and

 

he is hereby authorised and directed, to issue a patent, in

 

the names of Thomas Burchenai and Matthew Hardcastle,

 

on a certificate of resurvey, called Castlebury, lying in

 

Caroline county, and containing ninety-nine and three quarter

 

acres; and was resurvey ed for Aaron Hardcastle, and

 

William Salisbury, the twenty-fifth day of May, seventeen

 

hundred and ninety.

Resolution in favour of the heirs of Benjamin Howard, de-

 

ceased

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

register of the land office for the western shore, issue to

 

the heirs or devisees as the case may be, of Benjamin How-

 

ard a soldier of the revolutionary war, a common warrant

 

for fifty acres of vacant land, lying in Allegany county,

 

and issue a patent for the said quantity of acres of land

 

upon a certificate of the survey thereof, duly returned,

 

without requiring payment, or proot of payment, or any

 

composition money therefor.
