Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We propose, with your concurrence, the appointment of a
Joint Committee, to consist of two Members of the Senate,
and three Members of the House, to wait upon His Ex-
cellency, the Governor, and inform him that the General
Assembly proposes to adjourn at 12 o'clock, on Monday
night, and inquire of him whether he has any further com-
munication to make to them.

We have appointed on the part of the Senate, Messrs.
Tuck and Longwell.
