The House bill entitled an Act to refund to Francis Neale
& Sons, of Baltimore city, for the benefit of John Parsons,
Samuel Cox and others, monies erroneously paid by them to
Inspectors of Tobacco, in Baltimore city, for storage and out-
age.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Weigh-
master of Live Stock, in the city of Baltimore, to sell such
portion of the property now belonging to the State, and not
required for the use of the State in the weighing of live stock.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city, to review and correct the valuation
of the property of Joseph Neal, on Hanover street, in said
city.

Which -was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

The House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
and Annapolis Rail Road Company.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1867,
chapter 309, entitled an Act to incorporate the North. Branch
Company, by adding two sections thereto, to be numbered
"Eight" and "Nine."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

The House bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Ar-
ticle I. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Allegany
County," sub-title "Sheriff."

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Mc-
Culloh, Walsh and Longwell.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5 of chap-
ter 36 of the Act of 1872, entitled an Act to add a new sec-
tion to the Code of Public General Laws, regulating the in-
spection of tobacco, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act to pay Eliza Winingder, of
the city of Baltimore, the sum of three hundred and twenty
