5 of chapter 402 of the Acts of 1867, entitled an Act to en-
large and confirm the powers and authority of St. Mary's
Industrial School for Boys, of the city of Baltimore, and re-
enact the same with amendments, and to add an additional
section thereto,

Being on third reading',

Mr. Walsh submitted the following amendment:

Amend section 2, by inserting in line 33, after the word
''provided that, the parent or other guardian of said boy or
boys should request that they be committed to St. Mary's
Industrial School.''

Said bill, as amended, was then read the third time and
passed by yeas and nays as follows :

Drum Point Rail Road Company, as provided by section 54
of Article III. of the Constitution,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
