Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendments :

Section 1, line 4, amend by striking out the words "or fer-
mented," and inserting in lieu thereof "vinous or malt."

Lines 7 and 8, strike out the words "whether of original
manufacture or of a mixed character."

Amend title by striking out the words "or fermented,''
and inserting in lieu thereof, "vinous or malt."
