be paid as aforesaid, and their award, or the award of the
majority of them shall be binding on, and final and conclu-
sive between said parties; and the said Mayor and City Coun-
cil shall, within one year after such award shall have been
made, pay said amounts so awarded to said County Commis-
sioners."

OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE,

Annapolis, March 31st, 1874.

The following Acts of Assembly were this day presented
to his Excellency, the Governor, for his approval:

No 172, an Act to authorize the County Commissioners, of
Caroline county, to borrow money to re-model and improve
the Court House, in said county.

No. 173, an Act for the protection of Black Bass and all
other Fish, in the Monocacy River.

No. 174, an Act to pay Banner Graves, of Washington
county, a sum of money.

No. 176, an Act to grant donations to Garrett county, for
use of academies and schools.

No. 177, an Act to sanction the bequest of John H. Zing-
ling, to the Methodist Protestant Church, in Westminster, in
Carroll county.

No. 175, an Act to repeal sections 2 and 3 of chapter 302
of the Acts of 1870, to establish voting precincts, in West-
minster district, Carroll county.
