Caulk.

Which was read the first time and referred to Committee

Also,

House bill entitled an Act to add certain new sections to
the Code of Public Local Laws, Article 1, entitled "Allegany
County," to be placed under a new sub-title to said Article,
to be called Building Associations.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
McCulloh, Walsh and Lloyd.

Mr. Williams moved to reconsider the vote by which the
Senate bill authorizing the Faculty of Physic to build a
Hospital,

Failed to puss for want of a constitutional majority.
Which was adopted.

Mr. Stevens submitted the following amendment:

Amend the title by adding "And to appropriate a sum of
money to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, of Balti-
more, and a sum of money for the Hebrew Hospital of
Baltimore.

Which was adopted.
