The House bill entitled au Act to repeal section 138 of Ar-
ticle XVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chan-
cery," sub-title "Trustee," as enacted by chapter 370 of the
Acts of 1870, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, returned

The Senate bill entitled an Act to establish a State Board
of Health.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the pupose of removing the remains of Maryland
soldiers of the late Confederate States army, and interring
them in Loudoun Park Cemetery.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to regulate the commissions
to be allowed to Clerks of Courts for collecting and paying
over to the Treasury public money.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31st, 1874.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message asking a Committee of Con-
ference, consisting of two on the part of the Senate and three
on the part of the House, on the bill relating to Building
Societies aud Land Companies, and respectfully concur
therein, and name on the part of the House Messrs. Green-
field, Henkle and Stewart.
