On motion by Mr. Williams,

The vote by which said bill passed was reconsidered.
Which was adopted.

Mr. Williams moved to postpone the further consideration
of the bill.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact certain sections of the Code relative to the granting of
licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquors.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The House Mil entitled au Act to authorize the Sheriffs of
the several counties and city of Baltimore, to collect certain
fees due the late Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
