tee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend further the Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Company, in Carroll county, passed at January Ses-
sion, 1866, and as amended by the Act of 1868, chapter 151,
changing the name of said corporation to that of the Balti-
more, Carroll and Liberty Turnpike Road Company, of Car-
roll and Frederick counties, and to repeal sections 2 and 3 of
the Act of 1870, chapter 232, and to re-enact the said sec-
tions 2 and 3 with amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Longwell, Steiner and Carroll.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and
21 of Article III. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Baltimore County," sub-title . "Roads," passed at the
Jaunary Session of the Legislature of 1870, chapter 309, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to read as
follows.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Davis,
Billingsley and Stevens.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to amend section 18 of an
Act passed at January Session, 1868, chapter 195, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Emmittsburg Rail Road Company.

Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Steiner, Tuck and Brattan.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 46 and 48
of chapter 53 of the Acts of 1868, relating to the town of
Centreville, in Queen Anne's county, and to amend and re-
enact the same.

Which 'was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Earle, Spencer and Williams.

Also,

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 206 of
Article XX. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Talbot
county, relating to Wild Fowl, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
