Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 3 of Ar-
ticle XCIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Tes-
tamentary Law," sub-title "Account," and to re-enact the
same with amendments,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Frostburg Water Company
passed January Session, 1853, chapter 296, providing for an
increase of the capital stock of said company for the purpose
of extending the water supply of the town, and to issue bonds
for the payment of the same,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore, city, relating
to streets, and to re-enact other sections in lieu thereof,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
third reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 193 of
Article III. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
county, sub-title "Sheriff," passed at the January Session of
the Legislature, in the year 1872, and to re-enact the same
with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
