The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commis-
sioner of the Land Office to have prepared for the use of the
Land Office a map of those portions of Garrett and Allegany
counties, which contain 4,000 and odd 50 acre lots granted
by the State of Maryland to officers and soldiers of the war
of the Revolution, &c., &c.,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act for the protection of young
fish in the waters of Elk River and its Tributaries in Cecil
county,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Daniel Gregg, of Carroll county, late Collec-
tor of State taxes of Carroll county, for taxes overpaid into
the State Treasury,
