The House bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed on
the 21st day of January, 1820, chapter 70, and the Act
passed on the 10th of February, 1821, chapter 128, and the
Act passed at January Session, 1870, chapter 464, relating
to Kent Narrows.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled
au Act to add an additional section to Article XXIX. of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Courts," providing
for rendering judgments for the damages awarded by the
jury upon the ratification of inquisitions for condemning lands,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add addi-
tional sections to the said Article of the Code.

And,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 82 of Ar-
ticle XXIX. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Courts," providing for rendering judgment for the damages
awarded by the jury upon the ratification of inquisitions for
condemning lands,
