Said bill was then sent to the Houss of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Caroline county to borrow money for the
purpose of remodeling and improving the Court House in
caid county, and constructing the necessary fire proof vaults
for the preservation of the records and Court papers of the
of the Circuit Court and Orphans' Court of said county to
issue bonds for the payment of the same, and to levy taxes
on the assessable property of said county to redeem such
bonds, and to pay the interest thereon,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
as follows :

Skid bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Central
Presbyterian Church to the city of Baltimore to authorize the
recording of certain amendments to the original plan, agree-
ment and regulations for the incorporation of said church
adopted by the congregation thereof, on the 5th day of May,
A. D., 1856, and on the 30th day of March, A. D., 1857,
and giving said amendments, and all acts done in pursuance
thereof, the same force and validity, as if said amendments
had been duly recorded and written six months after the adop-
tion of the same,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows :
