Joint Resolutions relating to the Supplemental Civil Rights
Bill, now pending in Congress.

Said Resolutions being on their second reading.
Mr. Brattan submitted the following amendment:

In first Resolution, strike out all after the work ''Race," in
4th line.

Mr. Steiner submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:

Amend by striking out all after the word "Unwise."
