January Session, 1872, chapter 131, entitled an Act for the bet-
ter protection of Oysters, Clams, Terrapins and Fish in the
Synapuxeat Bay and its Tributaries in Woscester county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

Brattan, Steiner,
Davis, Tuck,
Earle, Williams,
Getty, Walsh—14.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 67 of the
Article LI. of the Code of Public General Laws, which was
added by Act of 1868, chapter 443, relating to the lien of
and executions on judgements of Justices of the Peace and to
re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Brattan, Steiner,

NEGATIVE —None.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal the 2nd section of
Article IX. of the Code of Public General Laws, title joint
obligation and joint tenancy, sub-title joint obligations relat-
ing to suits on causes of action, joint and several, and to re-
enact the same with an amendment,

Was considered and laid over.

The House bill entitled an Act supplemental to an Act to
incorporate the Dulany's Valley and Lawsontown Turnpike
Company, passed January Session, 1856, chapter 24,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
