450 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 3,

The Senate bill entitled au Act to repeal an Act passed
January Session, 1870, chapter 441, entitled an Act to amend
section 1 of Article XXXVIII. of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Fees of Officers," by repealing and re-enacting
the same as amended.

Was read the the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Fields,

Brewer, Longwell,
Billingsley, Lloyd,
Brattan, McCulloh,
Crawford, Stevens,
Claggett, Steiner,
Davis, Spencer,
Denson, Tuck,
Earle, Walsh—18.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to complete and ornament the Cemetery provided for
the interment of the remains of the Confederate dead at
Point Lookout,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows :
